A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. We can talk through your plans, what information lenders will need and the steps involved before you apply. Getting the conversation started early can help you understand what to work through before making an offer.
Different lenders assess rural and acreage properties differently. Let me know the property you’re considering and how you plan to use it, and we can explore which lenders on our panel may be able to help. Approval will depend on the property and your circumstances.
Not necessarily. We can discuss your existing loan alongside other options, including whether it’s worth asking your current lender to review your rate. The costs, features and remaining loan term all matter when deciding whether a change is worthwhile.
Start with what you’d like to do and your timing. If you’re reviewing a loan, it helps to know your approximate balance, repayments and whether the rate is fixed or variable. You don’t need to upload documents through this enquiry form; I’ll explain what’s needed next.
Samantha may be paid by the lender after settlement. Fees and charges may apply. Ask Sam to explain any costs and how she is paid before you proceed.
